Cold Laser Therapy-Low Lever Light Therapy (LLLT) or “cold laser” is a new FDA-approved technology that we are using at our clinic as a aid in speeding up healing as well as relief of pain for our patients. A variety of illness can be helped by the use of cold laser to reduce inflammation and increase the body’s ability to heal faster. Pets with common ailments such as wounds, fractures, lacerations, “hot spots”, otitis , and arthritis can benefit from the use of cold laser.. This is the same technology that is being use on humans and is now available for your pet.
Cold laser therapy is quick and painless. Our technicians can administer a warm beam of low level light over the selected area in about 3 minutes time. The cost to our clients is only $15 per area treated. We want this tremendous therapy to be available to everyone. We know how well this product works from the great testimonials we have gotten from the owners. That’s the greatest reward…seeing pets get better. See the video and more information.

Reproduction-
Vaginal cytology is a quick test that can be done to determine optimal
breeding time for your female dog. Progesterone testing can give us
even greater accuracy for reproduction. We can ship extended semen
samples out of state for breeding as well as performing artificial
insemination here at the office. We understand that dogs choose when
they are ready to breed not their owners, so for an additional charge
we can arrange to meet you after hours. We are currently working on
training to become part of the Canine Reproduction network. |

Microchipping-
An excellent way to permanently identify your pet is with a Microchip.

skin between the shoulder blades. It takes just a minute to do. It

Exotic
Boarding – Our caring kennel staff will provide
your pet with the best care when you have to be away. We board rabbits
and birds and other small exotic pets at the animal hospital. If you
have a small bird you may bring your own small cage. For larger birds,
we can put your pet in one of our stainless steel cages with food,
water, your toys and a perch. We will monitor your bird’s weight
while boarding. We ask that you bring their own food to decrease their
stress. For rabbits we provide bedding, food, water and a litter box.
Ferrets may be boarded at our new pet resort in one of our mulit level
cat condo's. More Information... |

Euthanasia
– Although we don’t like to think about it – it
is inevitable that nearly 95% of pet owners will need to have their
pet euthanized. Our dogs and cats do not suddenly drop dead of a heart
attacks or strokes. The majority of cats will gradually succumb to
kidney failure and most dogs will decline into blindness, deafness
and debilitating arthritis. When that time comes we will be very supportive
for you. You may stay with your pet if you wish. It is important that
this is done humanely and without pain. We will always administer
a heavy sedation to your pet so that he passes away “in his
sleep”. We hope that this will be of comfort to you. Cremation
is routinely performed and the return of your pet’s ashes is
an option you can request for an additional fee. |
